USE AND CARE: Before using your new bakeware for the 1st time, wash in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry. For best results, the non-stick surface should be “conditioned” by wiping the interior with a light coating of cooking oil. Use only nylon or wooden utensils. Never use metal utensils in the pan, as it will cut the surface. After cooking, remove pan from heat and let cool. Do not pour water onto a hot pan, as it can cause warping. To remove stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive plastic mesh pad that is non-stick safe. Dishwasher safe.
