Never use metal utensils in the pan, as it will cut the surface. After cooking, remove pan from heat and let cool. Do not pour water onto a hot pan, as it can cause warping. To remove stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive plastic mesh pad that is non-stick safe. Dishwasher safe.
